制備陶瓷電容器介電材料,制得陶瓷的晶粒大小可以控制在1000nm范圍內,介電損耗小,材料均勻性好,適用于生產大容量、具有高絕緣電阻率、超薄介電層(介電層厚度小于10μm)的多層陶瓷電容器。納米陶瓷粉,是由納米氧化鎂、納米氧化硅、納米氧化鋁、納米氧化鋅等制備的,其中納米氧化鎂0.5-4.0%,制得的納米陶瓷粉具有輻射遠紅外線、抗菌、活化水、凈化水、溶出有益人體健康的微量元素、釋放負離子、提高植物種子發芽率等多種健康功能。
納米晶復相陶瓷,采用納米二氧化鈦,納米氧化鎂,納米稀土氧化物等及部份二氧化鋯作添加劑,成功地將非晶中ZrO2含量提高到10~30wt%,得到高鋯Al2O3-SiO2-ZrO2系微晶、納米晶復相陶瓷,其晶相含量大于90%,主晶相為莫來石,四方氧化鋯和方石英,四方氧化鋯晶粒彌散分布其中,尺寸小于≤1μm。
玻璃陶瓷涂層,是由納米氧化鎂、納米二氧化硅,氧化硼、納米氧化鋁、納米氧化鈰等一起制備的,能夠有效地提高催化劑的機械強度,包括耐磨性、硬度、抗壓強度和耐沖擊性等;并且提高催化劑的反應活性中心,從而提高催化劑的活性,節省活性成分,降低成本。主要應用在對柴油和汽油發動機尾氣進行凈化處理的處理器上。其中納米氧化鎂添加量5~18%。
