氧(yang)(yang)含量(liang)分(fen)析器憑(ping)借簡單的(de)(de)結(jie)構,較(jiao)(jiao)好(hao)的(de)(de)份定性好(hao),較(jiao)(jiao)高的(de)(de)靈敏(min)度和較(jiao)(jiao)快(kuai)的(de)(de)相應速(su)度,成為(wei)檢測氧(yang)(yang)化鋯陶瓷氧(yang)(yang)含量(liang)的(de)(de)理(li)(li)想分(fen)析裝置,目前正較(jiao)(jiao)為(wei)廣泛的(de)(de)應用(yong),它(ta)使(shi)其是根據電化學中的(de)(de)濃差(cha)電他原理(li)(li)進行設計(ji)的(de)(de)。
氧(yang)(yang)化鋯(gao)陶(tao)瓷作為一(yi)種固體電(dian)解質,具(ju)有在(zai)高(gao)溫下傳異氧(yang)(yang)離子的(de)特性,所(suo)以現在(zai)氧(yang)(yang)化鋯(gao)陶(tao)瓷兩側(ce)裝上多孔質的(de)鉑(bo)電(dian)極(ji),其中一(yi)個鉑(bo)電(dian)極(ji)與(yu)已知氧(yang)(yang)含量的(de)氣體充分(fen)接(jie)觸,另一(yi)個鉑(bo)電(dian)極(ji)與(yu)待側(ce)含氧(yang)(yang)氣體充分(fen)接(jie)觸。
當兩(liang)側氣(qi)體(ti)中的(de)氧(yang)濃(nong)(nong)度(du)不同(tong)時,濃(nong)(nong)度(du)高的(de)一側氧(yang)分子(zi)(zi)從(cong)鉑(bo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)獲取電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)變(bian)成(cheng)氧(yang)離子(zi)(zi),使鉑(bo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)成(cheng)為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)陰極(ji)。氧(yang)離子(zi)(zi)經氧(yang)化(hua)鋯陶瓷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)介質(zhi)到達濃(nong)(nong)度(du)低(di)的(de)一側失去電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)給鉑(bo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji),變(bian)成(cheng)氧(yang)分使鉑(bo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)成(cheng)為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池的(de)陽極(ji),從(cong)而形成(cheng)以氧(yang)化(hua)鋯為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)質(zhi)的(de)濃(nong)(nong)差電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池,兩(liang)極(ji)板間將產生電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動勢。
當氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)鋯陶瓷被加熱(re)到一定溫度時(shi),測(ce)量氣與參比氣中(zhong)的(de)(de)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)濃度之比的(de)(de)對數與兩極板(ban)間的(de)(de)電動勢(shi)成(cheng)正(zheng)比,所以只要測(ce)出電動勢(shi)的(de)(de)大小,便(bian)可(ke)知被測(ce)氣體中(zhong)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)的(de)(de)含量。它除了可(ke)以分(fen)析(xi)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)化(hua)鋯陶瓷中(zhong)的(de)(de)氧(yang)(yang)(yang)純度外(wai),還可(ke)分(fen)析(xi)高(gao)純氫和高(gao)純氮中(zhong)的(de)(de)微量氧(yang)(yang)(yang)。
